​Insurance and Fees

• Presently, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicare are the only in network insurances.  All other insurances are considered out of network
• Many insurances include out of network benefits. Please check with your insurance to inquire about deductibles and rates of reimbursement.
• The fee per session is $200 which is paid at the time of the session.  The patient is responsible for submitting out of network claims.
